Starting today, if you need to cancel a proxy plan at the end of billing period and do not want to be invoiced for the next month you will need to submit a ticket to get it cancelled.

Duplicate Charges for Renewals
Customers are being charged twice this is because if you are on a paypal subscription you do not need to manually renew the invoice. You can check this by going into paypal and going into preapproved payments.
